10What comes in a Swag box?

Good question! Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-5 treats, toys, and occasional hygiene products that have been paw-selected and approved by Malley, the head product tester for Golden Swag. 

Each month is thoughtfully crafted and we put a great deal of thought, research, and time into creating each month’s box from only choosing high-quality vendors using top ingredients in their treats, to observing our own pups put the toys to the test.  We’re really proud of our boxes because we know every item is something we’ve seen pups not only enjoy, but benefit from stimulation wise and health wise. 

And that’s what our goal is - to make pups happy with healthy, life-enriching gifts each month.

When will I receive my Swag box?

Each Swag box will ship on the 18th of every month! Our cut-off date is the 16th of the month, so your first box is typically the upcoming month’s box – e.g. if you sign up in May after the 16th, your first box will be the March box shipping on 18 June. 

Sometimes we can accommodate late registration; get it touch with us at woof@goldenswag.com.au and we’ll see if we can get some swag out to your little mate sooner. As soon as we ship your box, you will receive an email with tracking information.

When will my Swag box payment come out of my account?

Billing is the 1st of every month. You will receive an email letting you know it is time to renew!

Where do Golden Swag ship to?

Anywhere within Australia! 

If you would like to receive a box outside of Australia, get it touch with us at woof@goldenswag.com.au or DM on Instagram and we’ll see if we can get some swag out to your little furry friend!

How much is postage?

We offer flat rate $9.95 shipping Australia-wide, using a range of options depending on location and delivery times that include Australia Post, Fastway, Sendle and Couriers Please. 

All order shipments have tracking and will be left at your front door. If you require signature on delivery, please let us know. If your front door is not accessible, it will be taken back to your nearest Post outlet and a card left at your premises.

How do I join?

We’re glad you asked! Just click on the “Get Swaggy” button and have a read of how the plans work. Make your choice of whether you want month to month, or pay outright for 3 or 6 months. 

Once you fill in the billing information we ask for your shipping info. 

Then, you and your Dawg spend your spare time waiting for the postman!

How do I renew?

All subscriptions renew automatically, unless you cancel.

What if I don’t own a Golden Retriever? 

That is totally ok! You can still order your Swag Box for your little dawg, but please keep in mind that the treat, toys and accessories are suited to Golden Retrievers (and medium to large breeds) and may not be suitable for smaller pups. 

Something has gone wrong with the post. What do I do?

Oh no! Email us at woof@goldenswag.com.au right away and we’ll do our very best to make things right!
